IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- return your item in the original packaging
- submit your return within 30 days (45 days for Silver & 60 days for Gold Rewards Club Members) after receiving your package
- please only return the wrong/faulty item, if our customer care team asks you to
- treat the sportswear with care when trying it on,
- wear underwear when trying them on
- not remove any labels or tags
DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
- ensure that all the seals are still intact
- the packaging of the product must be unopened and in its original condition
Last Chance items cannot be returned for a refund or be exchanged.
The free items within this promotion cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.
Refunds are only available, if the paid and free items are returned together.
- Some Women’s Best offers require you to spend a minimum amount to be eligible for gifts and free items. If the value of the paid items kept is above the minimum spending requirement of the offer, you do not have to return the gifted items.
- Gifted items & free products that do not appear on the order confirmation do not need to be returned. The same applies to Gold customer gifts.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Having to return something can be annoying — we know. Therefore, we have tried to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Simply go to womensbest.com/Returns and get your prepaid shipping label.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued.
