How do I return an item?
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To return your unwanted items, please mark on your returns note what you would like to return using the reason codes provided:
- Arrived too late
- Too big
- Too small
- Changed my mind
- Ordered more than one size
- Incorrect item received
- Doesn’t suit me
Return your items in the original packaging (if possible).
- Wear underwear when trying them on
- Don’t remove any labels or tags
- Ensure that all the seals are still intact
- The packaging of the product must be unopened and in its original condition
Return via your chosen shipping method your items to the address detailed on your returns note. Lost your returns note? Download a new one here.
Please note, that we will not refund the returns costs.
Remember to get a proof of postage receipt and to keep it until you have been refunded – this is important in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. Also, make sure to hold on to your returned parcel tracking number.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account.

The return costs are to be covered by you and won't be refunded. Don’t forget to get a proof of postage receipt and to keep it until you have been refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
Women's Best is not responsible for returns until they reach our warehouse in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for returned packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Women's Best will not issue store credit or refund for your returns.
