- wear underwear when trying them on
- not remove any labels or tags
DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
- ensure that all the seals are still intact
- the packaging of the product must be unopened and in its original condition

The free items within this promotion cannot be solely returned for a refund or be exchanged.
Refunds are only available, if the paid and free items are returned together.
Exceptions:
- Some Women’s Best offers require you to spend a minimum amount to be eligible for gifts and free items. If the value of the paid items kept is above the minimum spending requirement of the offer, you do not have to return the gifted items.
- Gifted items & free products that do not appear on the order confirmation do not need to be returned. The same applies to Gold customer gifts.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Having to return something can be annoying — we know. Therefore, we have tried to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Simply go to womensbest.com/Returns and get your prepaid shipping label.
To avoid any delays with your return, follow these easy steps:
- Register the return in our returns portal
- Print out your shipping label and attach it to the parcel
- Print out the packing slip and add it inside the parcel
- Drop the parcel off at an eligible drop-off location, or schedule a pickup for your package with the carrier (only available in certain countries)
- Once the label is scanned by FedEx, the customs documents will get transferred automatically to FedEx customs.
Please ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package, as this may cause confusion and delays in processing your return.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to be issued.

When you register a return on our return portal, you’ll have the option to receive either a refund or a gift card for your returned item(s).
If you choose a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you choose a gift card, there will be no charge for the return shipping.
