How do I take it?
For around four pancakes add 80 g powder (approx. 8 tablespoons) to a bowl or shaker filled with 5 oz cold water.
Mix with a whisk or shake well until the batter is smooth.
Ladle the batter into a greased, hot pan or pour straight from the shaker. (TIP: Use coconut oil instead of butter)
